This Privacy Policy explains how Arka Global (operated by Arka Global Holdings, "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to arkaglobal.io. We are committed to handling your data with respect and transparency.
What we collect
Arka Global does not currently operate a waitlist or contact form. If you email us at one of the addresses listed in this policy, we collect only the information you choose to share. Like every website, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical data — IP addresses, browser type, referring URL, request timestamps — for security and analytics purposes. We do not use this data for advertising profiling.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries you send us by email
- To detect and prevent abuse of our infrastructure
- To plan and announce future Arka Global initiatives
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing profiling.
Where it's stored
Email correspondence is stored within our corporate email system. Server logs are stored by Cloudflare under their standard retention policies. We do not maintain a separate database for this site.

- Google — corporate email and workspace (privacy policy)
- Google Fonts — webfont delivery for the page typography
Your rights
You have the right to know what we hold about you, request deletion of any correspondence, and ask questions about how your data is used. To exercise any of these rights, email legal@arkaglobal.io.
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively. We honor all of these.
Cookies
Arka Global does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies required for security and bot mitigation. These are essential and not used for advertising.
Children
Arka Global is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the organization evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Arka Global homepage.
